I am a bookish wellness junkie with a fierce belief that when we are ready, we can "get it done". I am a practical mother of 3, with over 15 years of professional experience in healthcare. Practically, I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Coach, Institute for Functional Medicine member, Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and YTT200 hour Yoga Instructor. I am a perpetual student on an ever-evolving wellness journey. Working with clients for nearly 20 years, I am acutely aware of how of context plays a crucial role in our overall wellness.
